秋学期からの対面授業の一部再開にあたり、「文京校舎入構記録」の記載事項に一部追加を行いました。「滞在先」の記録に際し、対面授業に出席する場合は、授業時間ごとに、各講義室の机上に張付された座席番号の記録をお願いします。
※ゼミについては、従来どおり部屋番号までの記録で可です。
なお、入構し、対面授業を受ける際には、以下のことに注意してください。
・ 入構するには、直近の14日間平熱が保たれ、風邪症状がないことが必要です
・ 毎日検温し（起床時と夕方）、平熱より高い場合や風邪症状がある場合は、入構せず自宅待機し、健康観察を徹底すること
・ 上記の場合には、対応部局（指導教員、またはエリア支援室 学生支援担当）に連絡すること
・ 入構時はマスクを着用すること（屋外で、人と充分な距離を保てる場合は外して構わない）
・ 滞在時は、常に周囲と1メートル以上の間隔を保つこと
・ 頻繁に手指消毒や、水と石鹸による手洗いを徹底すること
・ 大声や、近距離での会話は控えること

In accordance with the partial resumption of in-person classes starting this Fall semester, we added a new requirement in 文京校舎入構記録 (Tokyo Campus Entry Record).
In the section of [滞在先](places where you stayed) , it is newly required to record the seat number attached to desks in classrooms.
Note: When attending seminars, only the room number is required.
When attending in-person classes, please note the following:
- In order to enter the building, it is required that your body temperature is in the average range and that you have been free from any cold-like symptoms for the past 14 days.
- Please be sure to check your body temperature every morning and evening.
In the case of high temperature and/or cold-like symptoms, remain at home and closely monitor your condition. - In the case of the above event, please contact relevant personnel such as your chief advisors, the Academic Service Offices, etc.).
- Please be sure to wear a mask in the building.
It is acceptable to take it off outside as long as the minimum social distancing requirements are met. - Please always maintain at least one or more metres between yourself and others in the building.
- Please frequently sanitize your hands with soap and water.
- Please refrain from speaking loudly and in close proximity with others.
