Academic Certification Request

An academic certification is an official document provided for Alumni of Programs at Tokyo Campus. There is no fee for this service.
The Academic Service Office for the Business Sciences Area can advise on how to obtain a copy of your University of Tsukuba academic record. Before making contact, please read the following advice.

Processing Time
Certificates in the University of Tsukuba’s format will be processed while you wait at the office.
※Request for certificates in specified format or certificates for those who have completed/enrolled in more than ten years ago may take up to two weeks.

※2: Standard airmail delivery: Please prepare an envelope and write the name/address clearly in BLOCK LETTERS.
※2: EMS: Please write the destination (Name, Postal code, Address, Telephone number) clearly in BLOCK LETTERS on the request form. (The University of Tsukuba write the EMS label and prepare a document package.)
※3: Please confirm the rate for international mail from Tokyo in advance (Japan Post Website), purchase Japanese postal stamps or International Reply Coupon (I.R.C.). If you can’t obrain the postal stamps or I.R.C., International Postal Money Order will be accepted.
Regardless of the local price, please convert 130yen per one coupon and make sure you purchase enough amount. (Surplus amount will not be refunded if any.)
