【令和3年6月19日更新】

筑波大学東京キャンパス所属の大学院学生のみなさまへ

東京キャンパスでは、4月25日発出された第3次緊急事態宣言を受けて、学生のみなさんの活動形態を、以下のとおりとしておりましたが、6月21日以降のまん延防止等重点措置の期間中も、当面の間、当該取扱いを継続します。

引き続き、感染拡大の防止を徹底していただき、身体的距離の確保、マスクの着用、手洗いをなど、適切な行動をお願いします。

なお、感染状況の変化によって当該取扱いが変更になることもありますので、本学Webサイトなどを適宜参照ください。

授業について
当面の間*、原則としてすべての講義は、オンラインもしくはオンデマンドとします。
詳細については、それぞれの教育組織からの情報を参照してください。
* まん延防止等重点措置の期間中を想定していますが、状況に応じて延長する可能性があります。

研究について
セミナーやゼミ等はオンラインでの実施を原則とします。
少人数(数名程度)での対面での研究指導やゼミについては、必要性に応じて可能としますが、指導教員の指示に従ってください。

入構について
感染拡大防止に留意して、ゼミ、授業のオンライン視聴(人数制限あり)、ロッカー、施設利用等の用務がある場合に入構できますが、不必要な入構は控えてください。
入構の条件は次のようになります。
毎日、起床時と夕方に検温するとともに、風邪の症状の有無について確認し、「健康観察記録表」に記載する。
キャンパスに入構する日の直近の14日間平熱が保たれ、風邪の症状がない場合に入構が可能となる。
また、「健康観察記録表」、「文京校舎入構記録」を担当教員(授業担当教員、指導教員等)に提示できるよう携帯するものとする。
入構にあたり、学生の皆さんは下記を準備してください。
1)健康観察記録
各自がキャンパスに入構する日の直近14日間の健康観察記録を付け、その記録表は担当教員(授業担当教員、指導教員等)に提示できるよう携帯してください。

2)文京校舎入構記録
各自が以下いずれかの文京校舎入構記録をご準備してください。
その記録表は担当教員(授業担当教員、指導教員等)に提示できるよう携帯してください。

To all students who belong to the Tokyo Campus

In response to the Third State of Emergency Declaration issued on April 25, the Tokyo Campus has set the activities of students as follows, but priority measures against COVID-19 such as prevention of spread from June 21 have been taken.
We would like to ask each student to continue thoroughly implementing the prevention of the spread of infection and take appropriate action including putting the three basics for preventing infection of “social distancing”, “wearing a mask”, and “washing hands” found in “https://www.mhlw.go.jp/stf/covid-19/kenkou-iryousoudan_00006.html#1-1” into practice as basic infection prevention measures for each person.

The information on this article is still subject to change depending on the situation of infection.
It would be highly appreciated if you could keep an eye on this website, etc.

For the time being*, in principle, all lectures will be available online or on-demand.
For further information, please refer to the information provided by the respective educational organization.
* Depending on how the COVID-19 unfolds, there may be expended period.

[Research (updated on April 26)]
In principle, seminars, etc. will be conducted online only.
Research guidance involving experiments, practical trainings and seminar activities with no more than a few students may be allowed and conducted if they are considered to be necessary, but they must be conducted under the instructions of your chief advisor.

[Entry of students to the campus (updated on April 26)]

When you need to attend seminars (no more than a few students), online viewing of classes (limited number of students), or use the facilities including the lockers, you can enter the Tokyo Campus as long as you make sure to pay attention to prevention measures against Covid-19.
However, please refrain from entering the Tokyo Campus if there is no need to do so.

The following steps must be taken if you plan to enter the Tokyo Campus.

  1. Fill in the Report of Health Condition every day by checking your temperatures in the morning and evening, and symptoms that you may have.
  2. Confirm that there is not a day that your temperature exceeded your normal temperature for the last 14 days.
  3. If you have no symptoms for the last 14 days on the Report of Health Condition, you can enter the Tokyo Campus. Then bring both the Report of Health Condition and Tokyo Campus Entry Record with you so that you can show them to a faculty (course instructors, chief advisors, etc.).

Please prepare the following materials before entering the Tokyo Campus.

Please be sure to record your health condition with the designated form and bring it with you so that you can show it to a faculty (course instructors, chief advisors, etc.).

2)  Please prepare the Tokyo Campus Entry Record, which is available both online and in Word format.
