年度末・年度始のTWINS/オンライン証明書発行サービス休止のお知らせ
[Notice]Notice of suspension of TWINS/ online certificate issuance service at the end and beginning of the Academic Year
TWINSの年度更新作業のため、下記の期間TWINSによる各種サービスを休止します。
TWINS休止期間
令和8年3月30日(月)8時 から 4月1日(水) まで
※１日は動作確認が完了次第復旧いたします。
TWINSの年度更新作業に伴い、オンライン証明書発行サービスも以下の期間サービスを休止します。この間証明書の発行申請ができませんので、ご注意ください。
オンライン証明書発行サービス休止期間
令和8年4月1日(水)0時 から 4月2日(木)8時 まで
ご不便をおかけしますが、ご協力をお願いします。
Due to annual updates, various services on TWINS will be temporarily suspended during the following period.
Out of service
Monday, March 30, 2026, 8:00 – Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
＊The 1st will be restored as soon as the operation check is completed.
Due to TWINS’ annual maintenance, the online certificate issuance service will also be temporarily suspended during the following period.
Please note that you will not be able to apply for a certificate during this period.

Wednesday, April 1, 2026 – Thursday, April 2, 2026, 8:00.
